Ivan did a great job - delivering on every promise he made. He delivered all the resources he said he would to get the project done ahead of schedule. He also took a wholistic approach to managing the other aspects of the project beyond the flooring, in effect taking on a GC role and taking personal ownership to make sure it all came together.
